MEET THE FOUNDER
Lan Lê – Sound Healing Practitioner
Lan Lê is a dedicated sound healing practitioner with over 5 years of experience working with Himalayan singing bowls and other vibrational instruments. Her facilitation is marked by presence, sensitivity, and a genuine desire to create safe spaces for others to rest, reset, and reconnect.
The Journey
Lan's path into sound therapy began in 2020, during a personal health crisis that led her to seek gentle, non-invasive ways to reconnect with her body and inner self.
It was in that vulnerable period that she attended her first sound healing session — an experience that left a profound imprint. The deep, resonant tones of the singing bowls helped release tension, calm her nervous system, and bring a sense of grounding she hadn’t felt in months.
From Healing to Healer
Intrigued and deeply moved by her own transformation, Lan began her self-practice at home, later enrolling in formal trainings with experienced teachers to deepen her understanding of vibrational medicine.
Over the past 5 years, she has facilitated numerous sound bath sessions in yoga studios, wellness spaces, and private settings, touching the lives of many who seek relief and balance.
